This packaging machine maintenance program starts with a diagnostic visit from one of our certified machine technicians. We’ll perform a 20-point inspection to understand the issue and identify any future problems that might occur. After this diagnostic visit, you’ll receive a customized maintenance report listing the issues we found and recommended solutions.

Once we’ve identified the issue, our technicians will deliver expert, dependable solutions. We’ll install any necessary replacement parts. Members of our Safeguard packaging equipment maintenance program also enjoy a 10 percent discount on any spare parts they purchase after receiving their maintenance report. Moreover, our Safeguard program includes on-site operator coaching from our certified technicians, helping improve efficiency and prevent future downtime for your facility.
