Sotemapack T90 Shrink Wrapper
Compact 90° infeed Sotemapack T90 shrink wrapper machines are for speeds up to 15 packs per minute to individually wrap various products or to group them in bundles which are then wrapped and shrinked. This shrink wrapper machine is built for food, beverage, and consumer products such as bottles, cans, and jars. The Sotemapack T90 shrink wrapper is available in various versions.
DIVIDER
Divider (optional) to channel non regular/ shaped products into the correct lanes. Wide range of versions to receive up to 200 products per minute.
INFEED
Infeed available with one or more lanes according to product speed and collation requested.
PAD VERSION
Machine available in ‘’PAD’’ version allowing products wrapping on a flat pad.
IMP VERSION
Machine available in ‘’IMP’’ version allowing the stacking of the products in several layers before the wrapping unit.
DOUBLE TRACK
Machine available in ‘’double track ‘’ version allowing the parallel infeed of two packs to double output.
TIRAFILM SYSTEM
Square bottom bags collation (i.e. Pet Food) and bending of the upper flaps by means of a pre-tensioning ‘’Tirafilm’’ system.
