Portland, OR, August 20, 2019 — ROBOPAC and TOPTIER announce the launch of the new TopTier Robot Pick n Place™ palletizer at Pack Expo 2019 in Las Vegas. This innovative machine provides unmatched capabilities for low to moderate rate applications at a price point allowing any production line to be automated.
The Robot Pick n Place provides the smallest footprint available for automatic palletizing and uses TopTier’s patented Sweep Turn™ infeed for precise row building at rates higher than competitive solutions. Nearly any product can be palletized, including open top display cases, telescoping lid cases, and trays – film wrapped or not. 6” x 6” up to 24” by 16” products are all handled automatically, no adjustments required.
The machine is equipped with all Allen Bradley controls with servo-controlled pick and place motion. A 9” PanelView HMI features an intuitive graphics interface to add patterns, modify patterns and tune machine functions.
Safety is Category 3 PLd standard with controlled entrance preventing any access unless the machine is confirmed to be safe.
TopTier’s Robot Pick n Place Palletizer is configurable to fit in nearly any space. Three load exit or entrance sides are available for standard manual pallet jack handling of loads.
