Sotemapack, a Robopac company, specially engineers the Totalpack horizontal bagging and shrink bundling machines for use in the insulated panel industry. Our solution for 6 sides wrapping, also called horizontal bagging, is designed for a wide range of regular shape, medium and large size insulated panels with or without heat shrinkage.

When connected to a shrink tunnel the used foil is a LDPE, printed or neutral, with thickness between 25my and 100my. When used without heat shrinkage the foil can also be a HDPE, printed or neutral, with thickness between 15my and 30my.

TOTALPACK

The Sotemapack Totalpack 130 shrink bundler and horizontal bagger provides a six sided closure bagging system with shrink for optimal product protection of  insulated panels, profiles, parquet and many other products.
Maximum section is 39W x 24″H
The Sotemapack Totalpack 150 shrink bundler and horizontal bagger provides a six sided closure bagging system with shrink for optimal product protection insulated panels, profiles, parquet and many other products.
Maximum section is 49W x 26″H
The Sotemapack Totalpack 3000 is a shrink bundler and horizontal bagger specifically designed for larger panels. It provides a six sided closure bagging system with shrink for optimal product protection of insulated panels.
Maximum section is 26″W x 26″H

STRETCHPACK

The Sotemapack Stretchpack 130 S is an automatic horizontal shrink bundler with manual product loading. This machine wraps around four sides of panels, insulation boards, trays, boxes and similar products with stretched PE foil to provide a stable package without shrink. Available in manual or automatic product feeding.
The Sotemapack Stretchpack 130 S IL is an automatic horizontal shrink bundler with a programmable high speed in line product in-feed pusher system. The machine wraps around four sides of panels, insulation boards, trays, boxes and similar products with stretched PE foil to provide a stable package without shrink. Available in manual or automatic product feeding.
The Sotemapack Stretchpack 130 T90 is an automatic horizontal stretch bundler machine with 90 degree product in-feed.
