TTL Series Palletizers
An Affordable Automation Solution With a Small Footprint
One of the key advantages of the TTL Series is its integrated palletizing and stretch wrapping design. Instead of requiring separate machines, the TTL Series combines both processes into a single system.
As each pallet load is built, it is stretch wrapped simultaneously, eliminating the need for a downstream wrapper. This integrated approach significantly reduces overall equipment cost while minimizing the amount of floor space required. With one compact machine, facilities can palletize and stretch wrap loads efficiently without expanding their footprint.
Proven Lift and Rotate Product Handling
The TTL Series features Lift and Rotate product handling technology, a proven traditional palletizing method that accurately rotates products for precise placement during layer building. This approach ensures consistent stacking, reliable load formation, and dependable performance across a wide range of products.
Simple, Operator-Friendly Controls
A 7-inch HMI operator interface provides an intuitive, user-friendly experience that minimizes training time and reduces operator error. The streamlined interface allows operators to quickly:
- Manage pallet patterns
- Adjust system settings
- Access diagnostics and system status
This simplicity makes daily operation and changeovers faster and easier, even with minimal staffing.

TTX Series Palletizers
The new TopTier TTX Series traditional low infeed palletizers combine proven mechanical design with advanced automation technology to deliver faster cycle times, improved load stability, and simplified operation for demanding production environments.
Faster, Smoother Product Handling
The TTX Series features EZ Turn technology, engineered to improve product handling throughout the palletizing process. EZ Turn ensures smooth, controlled product rotation and placement, resulting in faster cycle times, reduced product disturbance, and more consistent pallet builds—even at higher production rates.
Simplest Operator Interface in the Industry
A 10-inch HMI operator interface provides an intuitive, user-friendly experience that minimizes training time and operator error. The streamlined interface allows operators to quickly manage pallet patterns, system settings, and diagnostics, making daily operation and changeovers faster and easier than ever.
Improved Pallet Dispenser Design
The upgraded pallet dispenser frame has been redesigned for easier and safer pallet reloading. Integrated fork-entry cutouts allow forklifts to place pallets more accurately and efficiently, reducing reload time and improving overall uptime.
Integrated Stretch Wrapping With Auto Film Break Recovery
The TTX Series includes an integrated stretch wrapper equipped with Auto Film Break Recovery technology. If the stretch film breaks during the wrapping cycle, the system does not stop. Instead, the film carriage automatically pays out the film to the load, reattaches it, and completes the wrap cycle—keeping production moving forward without operator intervention.
Cube Technology for Smarter Wrapping
The integrated stretch wrapper is also upgraded with Robopac’s Cube Technology, delivering advanced load control and material efficiency:
- Set multiple wrap recipes per load
- Create custom wrap profiles for different products and pallet types
- Automatically apply the correct containment force every time
- Reduce film usage without sacrificing load stability
Cube Technology ensures every pallet is wrapped consistently and efficiently, improving load integrity while lowering operating costs.
